How should I film a match?
Secure your iPhone on a tripod and make sure the whole court is in view. Keep it still throughout the match.
Some rallies are missing. What can I do?
Check that the whole court is visible, the picture is steady and the lighting is good. Try to keep people and objects from blocking the view. You can also review and adjust the results in the app.
Where is my video processed?
On your iPhone. The original video and audio are not uploaded to UHero.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@uhero.no with a description of the problem, your iPhone model and your UHero app version. Please don’t attach match videos. If we need a recording, we’ll explain how to share it securely.
